SPECS

Hi r/techsupport.

So for the last week while playing Fallout 3 I've been receiving a BSOD called MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

I then tried these steps. To rectify it myself.

Method 1: Update video card driver

Video Card Driver is up to date

Method 2: Run a disk check

Pretty sure it said no issues had arised, however when it tried to boot up I received a screen that said

"Automatic repair

Windows couldn't load correctly"

Had to do a system restore...

Method 3: Run Windows memory diagnostic test

No errors.

Method 4: Check newly installed software and hardware

None

Method 5: Scan for possible virus infection

None.

I'm proposing it could have something to do with my first attempt at OC'ing which occurred around the same time. Went from (I'm recalling so numbers might be off) 2133 to 2666 with an appropriate change in wattage so I don't see why this would happen.

If anybody could help me diagnose why this is happening (or if you agree this is because of OC'ing... how to keep the OC and stop this issue) it'd be much appreciated.
