This morning some maintenance was happening on the building and we temporarily lost power. When we regained power all of the computers worked fine except for one. When you try to access the network folders, it says "Microsoft Windows Network: Account restrictions are preventing this user from signing in. For example: blank passwords arent allowed, sign-in times are limited, or a policy restriction has been enforced. This connection has not been restored."
The server is Windows 10 Pro, most other computers are Windows 10 Pro. The PC in question is Windows 10 Home, but there is also a laptop running Home that has no problems.
So far I've restarted both the troublesome PC and the server. The PC in question had some security updates to install, but after reboot its still not working.
Anyone dealt with this one before? It must be some stupid nonsense, because everything was working fine before they rebooted.
edit: Other things - both the server and the PC have network discovery turned on in network settings
