So I've got an MSI laptop with an LG and BenQ monitor hooked up to it. I've got my Switch hooked up to the BenQ, and I have the MSI's audio output settings set to the BenQ.
When I change inputs on the BenQ to HDMI2 aka the Switch, all sound stops except for the Switch. Nothing else is coming out of the damn thing.
What's weird is if I change the output settings on discord to the MSI, I can hear people talk (big echo) but that's it. YouTube, movies, nothing else will come out of that damn BenQ as long as it's on HDMI2. This was never a problem with my PS4.
I can't figure this one out. I hope I explained it well, I kinda suck at that. I know I should just get speakers like a normal person.
