My parents computer just crashed for no apparent reason (said No OS found, Error Code 0x490). The only way I could seem to fix it at all was to do a fresh Windows reinstall via a USB drive. I installed it on the primary drive and so far everything is working fine. I had all of their music and pictures backed up on a secondary hard drive in their computer (D drive).
However now after the fresh install I can't view any of the files on the D drive (it is also labeled as System Reserved, but honestly I don't remember what it was labeled before).
In windows explorer it says only 104 of 500 GB are free, but when I go to the drive there are only two files in it: Recovery.txt (which is blank)

Since I only reinstalled Windows on the C drive and didn't touch the D drive, and since the space on that drive is still being used, I feel like the files are still there. Does anybody know how I can get to them?
