So the other day I turned on my computer (Windows 10 if that matters) and everything was going as usual. But after about 10 minutes from startup, my screens go a solid pale blue and I couldn't do anything other than try to restart. The reset button wouldn't work so I had to just turn it off with the power button. When I turned it back on I was greeted with the usual motherboard screen but with vertical blue bands:

These blue bands persist until I go passed the loading screen with the spinning white dots, after that all I see is just a black screen. In addition to that, my keyboard and mouse LED's go out.
I tried unplugging one of my screens (I have 2), that didn't help. I tried re-seating the graphics card, an MSI R9 280x, again that didn't help. I have also tried plugging in the GPU into another PCI-E slot, this time I was able to get to my desktop but the resolution was off. I went to change the resolution, but when I went into display settings the screen went black again. Someone on another forum said that plugging the 8-pin cable into another output could help, but it didn't have any noticeable effect.
So now I'm running integrated graphics.
Also note that I have had a pending video driver update that I've been putting off.
