for around the last 3 weeks my computer will lose connection to the internet for around 30-60 seconds randomly, it's really weird though because I can still hear my friends talking for the first 20 seconds but they can't hear me when I talk to them over discord and then I lose connection to the server and everything else even though I stay connected to my router.
The problem doesn't happen on any other device (two phones and another computer) so I think it might be my adapter, I have a TP-Link - TL-WN881ND.
also possibly related, whenever I turn my PC on I get a message saying there's a IP address conflict.
Things I've done to try and fix: Moved my PC closer to routed (not to much though as it's downstairs directly below my PC already), reset the router, reset my PC moved any electronics near my PC away from it
edit: also forgot to mention that when I went to the router homepage, I went to the list of devices, and it showed my PC twice
