I wanted to do a fresh reset of windows 10 because I’ve been experiencing memory leak and couldn’t find the source despite trying to fit a while.I tried to use the reset pc option in recovery, selecting the delete all files option, but every time I tried it would say reset pc failed, no changes made. So I downloaded windows media creation tool, and downloaded windows 10 onto a USB. I then loaded this USB, and went to do an install... when I got to the page that asked what kind of install I wanted, I selected custom (because I wanted a complete fresh install with no old files or programs), when I got to the partitions page, I have an SSD And a 1tb hdd, I deleted the system partition (the one on my ssd) and the 1 tb hard drive. My SSD completely disappeared from the list, basically only allowing me to install windows onto the 1 TB drive. Now with windows on the 1 TB I don’t even see my SSD Listed in the device manager, and I really just need help figuring out how to locate my ssd, how to install windows back onto it, and have a complete fresh install....
