Like the title says, yesterday while playing Subnautica there was a brief power outage in my neighborhood. It lasted maybe 3 seconds but cycled my computer off while I was using it. I have a surge protector so I wasn't too worried about it. Now I've noticed I'm getting some very strange issues while I'm gaming. It almost appears like frame loss but gameplay gets really jagged. Here's an example of what it's like when I'm playing rocket league. This happens about ever 10-15 seconds in Rocket League. Less in other games.
I'm hoping I don't have to replace parts on my computer over a power outage... Is there any way to pinpoint the issue/solve the problem? Thanks /r/techsupport.
