Hey guys, some of you may have seen my name pop up on the subreddit often over that past few days and I'm sorry. I just seem to be having issue after issue. My issue now is that I am doing a clean install of windows 10 from a disk that provides 1073 version and my windows update has update everything except for the "Feature Update to windows 10 version 1709. Prior to this I had done what I thought was a clean install, and was able to update to 1709 with ease, but after doing a proper clean install, it is installing as 1703 and I keep getting "failure to update". I have tried troubleshooting, sfc scannow and deleting the systemupdate folder and am having no luck. I didn't think that clean installing for a fresh start would be so difficult. I'm also unable to activate my product key, if that has anything to do with the update, I don't know.
