Is there any Option to use my Headset on Both, Xbox one and PC at the same time?
I am currently using my Astro A40 2013 with the Astro 2013 MixAmp Pro. It is connected to my PC via USB Port and simultaneously to my Xbox One via Optical Audio.
I can use it on my PC (Mic sound and output sound via USB) to talk to people on Teamspeak and hear all the PC sounds. At the same time I can use it on my XBox One to hear all the sounds via the optical audio cable. When I want to talk to someone via Xbox I just have to plug the chat cable from the MixAmp Pro into my Xbox controller via chat adapter and everything works fine. Sketch of my setup
Sadly, the mixamp has some issues and i dont think i can repair it anymore. I did not find a way to connect the new astro mixamp pro tr to pc and xbox one at the same time because it doesnt use an extra chat output for xbox chatting so you have to connect it to your xbox via usb. That way I would not be able to use the mic with my pc anymore.
My question: Is there any product similar to the old mix amp pro? So i can use the Headset as i was used to for the past 6 years?
I would really love to hear some answers for my question because i think the mixamp will die soon...
