Hey this iPod took me from grade 9-12 and somehow I had forgotten about it. It turns on and plays music but doesn't hold a charge. What I'm wondering aside from the overpriced Apple service, can I get it repaired and where would I go for that (since it is an older model specialised shops or online services?). Alternatively is there a way to extract my music from it. I ask because if the price is to high it doesn't make sense for me financially (I've been laid off for the winter). I don't want to get rid of it if I have the option though. I know at the time when I was using it there wasn't a way, or at least one I'd heard of. If I can extract my music are there any downloadable programs to do it on my own. Any help is appreciated sorry for all the words. Is the flair appropriate? I don't come here much.
