Description of problem
I tried switching to onboard graphics in order to get some money from my GPU for school. I have been running video through DVI since the dawn of time. Bought an HDMI cable. Tried HDMI through the GPU and it worked. Note: my monitor will detect DVI signal and automatically switch to DVI if no HDMI signal is detected. I switched the setting in the BIOS > [system agent configuration] > Graphics and switched something labeled [automatic] to [iGFX] thinking that meant integrated graphics. This caused my system to not show the BIOS splashscreen on boot. When I spam [delete] on startup, I believe I am getting into the BIOS, but my monitor is not getting any signal until the log-in screen. I suppose this means the BIOS is looking to output a signal from the iGPU on startup. I have no DVI output on my MOBO, and have tried HDMI from MOBO with no DVI plugged in and get no signal.I'm supposing the only way to fix this issue is to reset the bios settings to default. I turn the computer off and hold down the "BIOS" button on the I/O, and nothing happens or changes. How can I reset this so I can get into the BIOS?
