– تتحرّك «إسرائيل» في الوقت الحرج، المحكوم بعجزها عن تحمّل مواجهة مفتوحة من جهة، وعجزها عن تقبّل المتغيرات التي تتسارع وتتراكم في غير مصلحتها من جهة ثانية، وبعدم امتلاكها القدرة على تقبّل تسويات تعبّر عن التوازنات سواء في الملف النووي الإيراني أو في سورية من جهة ثالثة، وفي تحمّل بقاء التوازنات الحاكمة علاقتها التصادمية بالمقاومة وبالوضع الفلسطيني، حيث جاء التفاهم الأميركي «الإسرائيلي» السعودي على ما عُرف بـ«صفقة القرن»، كتسليم سعودي بتغطية إعلان القدس عاصمة لـ»إسرائيل» واعتبارها شرطاً لأي تسوية مقابل تحالف أميركي «إسرائيلي» مع السعودية بوجه إيران، ليقدم المفهوم «الإسرائيلي» لرفض القبول بالتوازنات القائمة والعجز عن تغييرها.
– التحرّك «الإسرائيلي» يستهدف تحييد روسيا كطرف داعم لكل من سورية وإيران في مفهوم التسويات لملفات المواجهة معهما، وكظهير لتمدّد وانتشار وتراكم مصادر قوة المقاومة. وقد فشل السعي «الإسرائيلي» للتحييد من هذا الباب، فعاد من شباك السعي لاستدراج دور روسي في التدخل لمنع اشتعال حرب يبدأها «الإسرائيليون» ويريدون من الروس التدخل لمنع استمرارها، ليضمنوا عبر ثنائية الإشعال والإطفاء، التهرّب من المواجهة المفتوحة، وفرض التفاوض من موقع الأمر الواقع، القدس عاصمة «إسرائيل»، وتقييد سلاح الصواريخ الإيراني مدخل لتعويم التفاهم على الملف النووي، والتحكّم بالملف النفطي اللبناني عنوان التلاعب بموازين الردع التي فرضتها المقاومة. ويكفي «إسرائيل» لتشعل حربها الجديدة ضمان موافقة روسية على التشارك مع الغرب لوقف النار وفتح التفاوض، لمنع توسّع نيران الحرب وضمان تحقيق أهدافها.
– المعادلة التي تمنع الحرب اليوم هي أن يسمع «الإسرائيليون» من الروس كلاماً واضحاً مفاده أن مَنْ يُشعل الحرب عليه تحمُّل تبعاتها، وأن أحداً لن يستطيع فرض وقف النار بتوقيت يناسب الفريق الذي يُشعل الحرب، ويدّعي أنها مجرد تصعيد خرج عن السيطرة، فمن يلجأ للاحتكام للقوة عليه أن يتحمل نتائج هذا الاحتكام، وسيفعل الروس هذا عندما يصلهم كلام واضح وحاسم من محور المقاومة، أن لا نيّة لديه لإشعال الحروب، لكن أيّ عبث «إسرائيلي» في أي جبهة، وبأي مستوى، وتحت عنوان سيكون الحرب المفتوحة الشاملة على الجبهات كلها وبالأسلحة كلها وتحت العناوين كلها، وليربح الأقوى عندها. فلن يكون هناك وقف نار وتفاوض على خلفية أمر واقع ولا ملفات انتقائية. ومن يُرد الاحتكام للقانون الدولي في ملف النفط مع لبنان فليفعل ذلك الآن، ومَن يُرد تفاوضاً مع إيران حول سلاحها الصاروخي فليذهب إلى طهران ويتحدّث معها، ومَن يَرد فرض القدس عاصمة لإسرائيل بالبلطجة فليعلم أن لعبته مكشوفة.
– الردع لمنع الحرب يشكّل الأولوية في المرحلة الراهنة، وعدمُ الرغبة بالحرب ترجمتُه بتهديد تحويل كل حرب محدودة حرباً شاملة، والسعي لعدم إطلاق النار يتحقق بالإعلان عن رفض كل مسعى لوقف النار عندما تنطلق الشرارة الأولى. ومحور المقاومة المدرك مسؤولياته، كروسيا المنتبهة لموقعها كدولة عظمى، كفيلان بدرء خطر الحرب بإعلان الاستعداد لخوضها حتى النهاية متى اندلعت. فهذا وحده يكفي كي لا يلعب «الإسرائيليون» بالنار، شرط مواصلة النجاح في إقفال الثقوب التي يرغب «الإسرائيلي» بالتسرّب عبرها إلى داخل ساحاته وقد شاهدنا آخر فصولها المقلقة في لبنان.
