Hey guys for the past month or so I've had an issue with programs and games being 'choppy' with constant (permanent) 100% CPU usage in Task Manager and an incredibly high usage in resource monitor. I've thoroughly scanned for malware and viruses and the problem persists in safemode.
I do however use an SSD that has full drive encryption, and use an i5 2500k as CPU.
If anybody has some ideas or insights, they will be very much appreciated! I am at my wits end.
