Hello everyone,
I play games on my 120Hz monitor and I have another 60Hz monitor, when I enable vsync on SOME games and have something that use a little bit of GPU (videos, streams, discord, even MSI Afterburner) on the 60Hz monitor the FPS goes from 120 to 60 FPS constantly and it never lock to 120 FPS, if I minimize every windows on the 60Hz monitor I can keep a constant 120 FPS. It only does it when i'm playing windowed mode or windowed borderless, it's fine on fullscreen.
I had this issue a few months ago but it was gone with the 376.33 drivers (I think), but I can't install this drivers since the Win10 Fall Creator Update (I'm using GeForce Experience for Shadowplay and you need recents drivers for it).
Troubleshooting: Testing different drivers from 376.33 to 390.65 with clean install with DDU everytime. Reinstalled the games I have issues with.
