So I have a brother all in one setup for my users to scan documents to a network share. The problem is that the scanner is installed on a server, every time someone scans something it automatically opens the file after it scans, this quickly leads to multiple documents open on the server that I have to go in and close.
It's driving me nuts that I can't get the automatic open feature to stop when documents are scanned. I can't find a solution in ControlCenter, I can't find a solution in cameras and scanners. I need a resolution and I"m sure someone has seen this problem before.
What do I need to change so when someone scans a document it goes into the appropriate folder but it doesn't automatically open the document? Thank you for any and all help.
