Description of problem
Every time I try to run a high intensity game like BF1 my screen starts to turn off and on every few seconds, and along side that my screen starts to flicker that static look you get when a old TV doesn't have any signal. But the flicker doesn't take over the whole screen, sometimes its just a rectangle in the middle of the screen, other times it's just the top third of the screen, and other times it's thin lines running from top to bottom.

I don't know what this means.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I've tried something that helped a little bit which was changing the power settings from Performance mode to Balanced. I also watched some videos on Youtube saying I should go to MSCONFIG and then go to services and turn off "Windows Error reporting Service" and "Problem Reports and Solutions", I really didn't see any kind of difference from that. Also I have Clean Master for PC and it found some drivers to update like "Realtek RTL81xx Netcard Driver" and "AMD PSP Device Driver", I installed the updates but I haven't restarted the PC yet so I'm not sure how that will effect the performance, I doubt it will do anything considering I suspect the issue being my PSU or GPU.
