Hello all. I would like to ask about a problem I encountered for the past days with my laptop.
The problem is, there are random white dots scattered across my laptop's display. Those dots will appear each time I restarted my laptop, and also visible in the screenshot. If I shut down completely the laptop, or restarting to Safe Mode, the dots will disappear.
I tried uninstalling my Display Adapter (Intel HD Graphics 530), but after I restarted my laptop and updated the driver, the dots returned again. If I disable the driver, the device will switch to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, and the dots will disappear. Re-enabling the driver will make the dots appear again. The only way to got rid of those dots, so far, is completely shutting down the laptop.
