I've been having issues with my PC updating lately, but it would always just restore the previous version of Windows. Today it auto updated on me yet again and I came back to see my pc screens flickering blue and black, the best way I can describe it is like blue tiger camo. Blue and black lines everywhere across the screen and the lines flickering back and forth from blue and black. So the whole screen was a constantly changing image of blue and black lines mixed together. I powered down the PC and started it again but it went into a continuous loop of trying to restore Windows and then restarting. I left it this way for about an hour and then shut it down for a a while. Then I unplugged it from the power bar it was connected to while it was shut down and replugged it in. After doing that it will no longer start at all. No fans, no lights, no anything. The outlet it is plugged into 100% works but the PC shows no signs of having power to it whatsoever. I don't have a lot of knowledge about PC's and I don't know where to start to resolve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
