Fino a 6.000 africani che hanno combattuto per il gruppo jihadista dello Stato Islamico in Iraq e in Siria potrebbero tornare a casa, ha avvertito l’alto funzionario della sicurezza dell’Unione africana, e ha invitato i paesi a prepararsi alla minaccia.
