I have a Toshiba laptop I haven't used in a while. Last I remember the battery wasn't retaining its charger and it only worked when connected to a charger. But this time I tried to turn it on today while connected to the charger, and it didn't work. The screen just kept showing the message "RTC battery is low" and would not boot up. I did a little Google search and it seems like even with low RTC battery it should still work when it's connected to the charger. How can I fix this?
