So let me start off by saying everything is fine. Everything works fine, my pc is as fast as it should be. I scan it any time it's slightly slower than it should be or if it's running a little loud. It's as clean as a whistle. But every single time I log in after I restart, I am only greeted by a command prompt and a blank screen. I know that explorer.exe just needs to be started so I just type the command and it doesn't happen again until I restart. It's not a big problem, just annoying as fuck.
