Description of problem
Alright guys, this is a weird one, I know.
I'm currently on holiday in Vietnam with my old second-hand lenovo. At some point, I guess someone spilled something over it or got crumbs in there? Hell, maybe it was me, I don't know. Whatever the cause, I apparently invited a family of ants to come live in my laptop. I know this because whenever it gets hot (like sitting on my blankets when I'm using it in bed), there's a sudden outpour of 20-30 ants. The first time it happened, I thought I'd got them all, but then it happened again.
My issues with this is that I'm from NZ, a country very serious about biosecurity, and I need my laptop. If I can't fix this problem in 3 days, I'm going to have to 'fess up at the border (because I may need my laptop, but my country needs not to introduce a random new species of insect more) and I'm definitely going to get it taken away from me. Hopefully just for cleaning, but there's the possibility of destruction there...
Right now, I'm sitting with all my airvents blocked by a towel and running my laptop in the hopes of heating this sucker up, but I don't know what else to do. I also can't buy much or go to an expert because I don't speak Vietnamese and this isn't something that can be easily explained through mime.How do I debug this laptop??
