I recently got a new surface pro 2017 and have been updating it at least every week. I noticed it was taking a while to load videos and do normal writing tasks it didn’t have past issues with. When I pulled up my task manager it says that the “task manager” process is using 59% of my CPU.... what do I do to fix this?
