Hi guys,
Couple of weeks ago I bought a second monitor (Compaq S2021a, I believe) and set it up - it runs in 1600x900 whereas my main is in 1920x1080.
Earlier today I booted up Don't Starve Together, and was mucking around with the video settings trying to make it look right. Without thinking about it, I changed it from my primary monitor to my secondary monitor without changing the resolution.
It made things go a bit weird, but I moved it back afterwards, and the secondary screen was left with a grey bar running down the left-hand side, and a box floating around the screen saying "Input Not Support". I can't use the monitor's menu buttons or anything, and using the built-in display settings to change the resolution did nothing.
This is definitely the cause as it worked fine before.
If I loaded Don't Starve again and put it on the second monitor at 1600x900 instead of 1920x1080 which is what I had it in before, the screen loads fine, but as soon as I close it, the monitor goes back to the grey bar and floating box.
That's one thing I've tried to fix it -- I've also tried switching the cables for both monitors and the ports they're plugged into - nothing helped.
Is anyone able to dispense some wisdom? It's quite a frustrating error.

EDIT: Oh, I also forgot to mention -- I have my taskbar set so that it only appears when I mouse over it - for some reason it now shows up as nonexistant on my main monitor when I mouse over it. This was fixed by toggling the setting on and off again.
