Uninstall video driver and restart (fixed until the driver reinstalls, so <1 minute)

Set resolution to something else (I think it was 720p), fixed, but now funny resolution
Solution:
- I made a custom resolution that's 1366x768p at 61Hz (native is 1366x768p at 60Hz)
Question:
I know nothing about refresh rate and little about custom resolutions. Is this work-around/quick fix going to give me more grief down the road?
