Description of problem
My Disk usage for the last few days has been close to 99% or 100% even when I have no programs running. At the time of writing, my disk space is 90% and "Service Host: Local System 3" is using 5.5MB/s at the top, everything else is at 0.1MB/s. However, previously it seemed every time I close a task at the top, something else just jumps up to take its place
