Description of problem
I need help desperately. My computer can't even run games like Dota 2 anymore without freezing and not working properly. I am running like 20 frames on Dota 2 because when I open up task manager it says my cpu is running at 99% all the time. I have updated windows as well as installing malwarebytes to try and identify a virus, but it said my PC was clean. I do not understand what is causing this. Most importantly, when I do open up task manager the processes running only add to like 40-50% total for my CPU (Dota 2 for example being the most at 20%), which does NOT add up to 99? Someone please help!
