I've tried uninstalling from the uninstall programs in settings it just say uninstall error. Then I found the file location for ad-aware and delete it but it just say it can't delete because the folder is in use. Every time I restart windows I run task manager and see the ad-aware service is running and taking up like 130 MB of memory so I always end the task. But now when I use ccleaner or revo uninstaller or even windows settings to remove programs, ad-aware doesn't show up in the programs still listed. But the folder and everything is still there in windows explorer.
How do I get rid of it?
