I have been using this specific build for 2 years now:

Windows 10 64-bit, AMD Radeon Sapphire R9 390 GPU, i7-4790K @ 4GHz CPU, 16GB RAM, etc.

I haven't had any issues until recently. I game on my television with my computer. My TV has a native resolution of 1920x1080, 60Hz. However, when I check different websites, it tells me that am running at a 1280x720 resolution. I am currently running the latest driver for my GPU (17.12.2). I have to HDMI scale 3% for my screen to (mostly) fit the edges of the TV.

My HDMI is plugged into my GPU, the Windows "Display Settings" say that I am running at 1920x1080. Am I missing something here? Or am I just stupid? The "AMD Radeon Settings" offers no help. How do I get my screen to run at 1920x1080 again?

I have scoured old forums to no avail and messed with just about all the settings I could. Thank you in advance.
