Started a couple of weeks ago. Most Steam games don't launch and just kick back to steam. As mentioned, 3Dmark doesn't actually complain about anything, just collects data then returns a benchmark of zero.
Tried so far:
removal using DDU and fresh install of Nvidia Gefore experience and drivers.
Precision XOC set to all defaults. Temps appear fine (running about 50c), no issues at all with Windows or general user activities like browsing or watching videos through browsers.
I am not sure if a directx issue is something that still happens on Windows 10, haven't delved into possibly repairing that. dxdiag shows no problems.
Overwatch and SC2 launch fine, Hearthstone crashes immediately OR just sits there in the task bar without initializing video, so the engine/SDK seem to play a part.
Turing Test (DX12) complained that it cannot be launched over a remote desktop connection but I am not using that, nor are TeamViewer or Splashtop running. Probably a red herring message.
Event viewer doesn't show anything that appears to be related to the issues.
