Description of problem
So I bought a new PC with 2x 4TB Blacks, one of them got initialized and all is good, but the other one will not get initialized, what's weird is that the HDD itself is NOT recognized in the BIOS, it just says there's nothing connected, but there IS something in the Disk Management page in windows, though I can't initialize it and shows an error (The disk under the error page is the affected disk). So I looked it up in Disk Part and it shows that the disk's space is at 0 Bytes,

What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Changed the SATA cable, tried clean command on Disk Part, looked up google and all the forums are about the other way around (Not showing up in Windows, but showing up in the BIOS)
