I just built a new PC today, this build seen here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WLJGBP
The only things I changed out are the size of the HDD (not boot drive) and the power supply (EVGA 650W gold).
I have never powered on the PC before now- I haven't even seen the BIOS, and definitely no OS installed yet.
I've finished assembling the computer but upon hooking it up I am running into a huge problem: nothing outside the PC seems to be receiving power or input from the PC.
The PC does turn on (no beeps), motherboard and GPU's LEDs do light up. All but one system fan is running. No odd noises of any kind coming from the PC.
I have hooked HDMI and DVI cables (tried multiple cables) on four different TVs/monitors and the PC is not outputting any video signal from either the video card or the motherboard's HDMI port.
I have tried multiple mice and keyboards and none of them light up at any point after the PC has been powered on.
