Built PC, was acting sluggish. Pentium II sluggish. Updated to windows 10 per the message of unsupported hardware for the CPU. Still sluggish. Get better 1080ti card, get everything installed. Running great otherwise. Decide to mount it on the rack before bed, get everything mounted. Damn thing won't boot. 1089ti card has power indicator LEDs. They just blink white. CPU fan doesn't start. PSU fan won't turn on. Card fans won't start. Plug the cards into my server and they light up like they should. H110 still won't boot without the cards. When it was running, the memory read ok. Pins on CPU socket aren't bent. I need help.
