I've had my new PC with Windows 10 for about a year now. Now I am getting new issues.
When I move or delete a file, the change doesn't happen in windows explorer. Instead, I need to F5 to see the change.
I tried adding the registry change of "DontRefresh" to the 64bit section of RegEdit, no fix unfortunately.
I also now can't shut down windows. I click the button to shut down and absolutely nothing happens.
I know both problems aren't unusual (I've read through many fix attempts of them to no avail). Does both of these issues happening suddenly relate as symptoms to something?
