Windows 10 has completely and totally hijacked my PC and I could really use some help! I have Windows Update disabled in services.msc for about a year, but now, Windows 10 has figured out a way to get around that

For about a year, I've had windows update disabled in services.msc because I don't want to download any more updates.

I've tried asking for help elsewhere, but it just turned into a debate about why I don't want updates. I just don't. I am really looking for help, but I feel I need to be honest on the outset and say that I 100% do not want to download their updates, and NOTHING can change my mind.

Anyway, I'm Windows 10 X64. I have completely disabled the Windows Update services in services.msc, and, for about a year, that's been working great.

But as of about 2 days ago, that service keeps re-enabling itself all on its own, and Windows keeps adding programs to my PC. In fact, just 5 minutes ago, yet ANOTHER program has been added to my desktop, this one called: "Windows Update Assistant."

If this sounds like a virus or a trojan, I assure you this is really from Microsoft.

I'm actually fighting with my Windows 10 and Windows 10 appears to be winning. I've got 15gb of space missing from my SSD because I can't find where it's storing all this data, and now, even completely disabling the update service means nothing, as Windows is somehow turning it back on.

How did they do this? Was there some kind of hidden backdoor that they used to just decide that, now, all of a sudden, they're going to seize control of my PC?

And is there ANY WAY short of stopping my use sof WIndows 10 that I can stop this newest update?

EDIT: Just now, this thing popped up again. I literally JUST uninstalled this program. How in the FUCK are they doing this?
