This is a long-shot, but it can't hurt to ask.
I'm working with an older software on a number of Fujitsu tablets running windows 10 that -really- seem to want a usb signature pad attached for signing. On older installations, a dialogue box would pop up and clients could just sign on the screen. Now I'm upgrading 9 of these things, and it throws up an error.
There was an error while scanning a signature System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I'm thinking that it's looking to clear or load an existing signature prior to signing again, but there's nothing there for it to find this first time.
I was on the support line with this software company off and on for a week over this, last time. I ended up mirroring an existing working tablet over the borked installation, and it worked.
So.. Is there any good option for a virtualized signature pad? It seems to want a Wacom or Topaz.
