If this post isn't appropriate, then please delete it mods. But r/ts came through big for me when MSI was trying to wiggle out of a warranty claim.
I ended up taking the suggestion of u/allmen. I had been emailing back and forth with someone, so I gave them a call. u/allmen suggested not letting them get me off the phone, but MSI kept saying that the people I needed to talk to were in meetings. I decided instead of pushing the issue, I would just keep calling. I eventually was talking to a guy that said he was the manager of the shop and that there was nothing he could do. I told him that I wanted to talk to his manager about the issue, or for information on who to send the small claims information to.
After a few days without a response, I figured I was going to have to make good on my threat when I got this response:
Hello, I want to let you know that we will take care of this
And they did.
