Hello,

Ever since I installed the windows 10 Fall Creators Update, I've been having weird issues with my screen(s). If I do nothing, the screen is perfectly fine, but as soon as I start typing, dragging windows around or scrolling (so, just when the screen updates?) a portion of the screen is momentarily shifted downwards, creating a glitch-like seam over the screen and making it barely usable to read anything.

I use a dual monitor setup. My main display is connected via HDMI to a receiver (Denon AVR X1200W), which again is connected via HDMI to my pc. My second screen uses a DVI connection. If I disable either screen the glitching as a whole stops. If I re-enable the screen, the glitch sometimes travels to the other screen. At boot it's always been at my main display.

Also, it doesn't matter which screen I'm providing input to- if I'm doing anything on my second screen, my main screen can and will still glitch, and conversely if the glitch has traveled already.

I have already tried reverting windows updates, updating drivers, updating windows to newest version, downloading experimental drivers for my GPU, replugging the cables, changing display refreshrate/colourdepth/encoding, but none of it seems to fix it.
