After I got informed by screen-popup that my computer has been locked to avoid identity theft I called the - supposed - Microsoft Hotline and gave the call-center technician remote access to my computer. He showed me all the functions that are disabled and need him to do different steps to enable again (for 199 USD). When he asked for payment I interrupted the access, but now really all functions are disabled and I do not know what they left behind. Any advice how to clean and make it work again.
