Upgraded to High Sierra and it has made my trackpad and keyboard non-functional. I can reinstall 'regular' Sierra but it will wipe the computer clean. I have Microsoft Excel, Word, as a permanent license but don't have the product key (bought from eBay a year ago).
Is there any way to 'backup' the programs and reinstall them in a way where the product key currently entered will stay associated with those programs?
