HDMI side monitor of mine does not redetect when I turn it off and back on. It started doing this recently. It didn't used to do this before a few days ago. The monitor is connected via the HDMI Port from the graphics card. The monitor will not show video but Windows sees the display, and behaves as if it is on. But the screen is blank black.
The only way I have found to reactivate the display is to go into screen resolution and change my main display back and forth, which is rather annoying.

It does this every single time I power cycle the monitor without fail.
My 3rd monitor, it forces a resolution redetect every single time I power cycle it now too. I don't understand where this problem came from, it wasn't happening a few days ago.
