Description of problem
I order this laptop from Lenovo around Thanksgiving, I finally got it around 4 pm yesterday. It was working fine, It came charged around 50%, I plugged it in and it charged up to 100% with no problems. I used it and it went down to 85% battery life but then I plugged it back in and it went back up to 100%. I then left it alone for 3 or 4 hours, when I came back it would no longer Charge. When I try to charge it says "Plugged in, not charging". If its plugged in it doesn't lose any charge, but it doesn't gain any. Its stuck around 97% charge but I have not unplugged it since because I'm not sure if it will charge back up if I use the battery. Now, this is a brand new laptop, I ordered directly from Lenovo, It isn't used or refurbished. If you have any questions I will try to answer them but I am at work and won't be home until 5:30 Central time. Any help or Ideas is much Apperciated, Thank you!
