Description of problem
My PC shuts down without warning. I can boot up and be browsing YouTube and Reddit with Steam and TeamSpeak open and it'll shut down. PC will then turn it self back on after a few seconds and proceed as if nothing happened. Boots up normally, no error message.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
Doesn't seem to be any particular reason as to why, Can happen when i'm playing games such as; Destiny 2, Witcher 3 and recently happened whilst playing Kingdom : Classic, Or it can happen when it's idle and I've just left it on with nothing running.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
At First i thought it was a heat issue so I pumped up all the fans in the PC to the maximum RPM, Helped for a little while. I then took off the front panel of my case to increase air flow, also helped for a while but not a permanent solution. I then decided to push all wires into place in case one of them was loose.
I read somewhere that I should try to re-apply thermal gel to my processor. This stopped the shut downs for a week but they returned again. I was using a no-name thermal paste that i bought from my local PC shop so I decided to buy the "Cooler Master - MasterGel Maker Thermal Paste" which is supposedly high perfomance and still it shuts off. A link to the gel will be at the bottom. When ever I re-apply thermal paste it seems to help but only for a limited amount of time till the problem comes back again.
