So, I've got a Western Digital Blue 5400 RPM 3TB hard drive, and a Hitachi Ultrastar 7200 RPM 3TB hard drive. I use a laptop with SSD, and wanted extra storage space. I first used this Sabrent USB 3.0 hard drive dock with the hard drives, and it seemed to work fine. But then, shortly after buying the Hitachi, I wanted a dock that could allow me to use both drives simultaneously. So I got this dual-slot dock, also by Sabrent. Problem is, neither drive shows up. Weird. I check disk management, and am greeted with this. It is like this for both 3TB drives. They do not show up as readable letter drives. The Western Digital has about 2.5 TB on it, and the Hitachi is blank. But they both appear like this. I read a tutorial online about cleaning drives, so cleaned the blank Hitachi with command prompt and formatted it using the new dual dock. Now it reads fine from the new one but shows up as this when I put it in the single-drive dock. What gives, guys? I ideally want to be able to read both drives from either dock, but I certainly am not going to clean and format my Western Digital just so I can use it in the double-dock.
TL;DR: Drives/drive docks aint workin right, please help.
