i7 5820k running @3.3ghz and a gtx 1080.
I swear, I had to load this up on my phone as the PC wont even load a page on google chrome, ive screen shotted my task manager and scanned my PC with AVG Antivirus.
Does anything look out of place? Even playing games I am lagging like crazy and it takes forever to start a game up and I am running them off a samsung pro SSD.
Task manager screenshots below. WHy is there so many steam clients and google chromes? Can I 'clear cache' somehow or something? This is really pissing me off.

I recently left my ISP and joining another in a month. Since I told them I was leaving my connection has went to complete dog shit. Could this be the reason?
