I did a fresh install of windows 10. I have 3 drives, 1 SSD(128GB), 2HDD(1TB and 2TB). The SSD is where I installed windows. I used nitenite and patchmypc to install my software. I've done this for every PC and every install I've done for quite some time and never had any issue.

But I've been having issues of losing space on my SSD. I have around 70GB free after all the installs. If I leave the computer on for a long time eventually that will become 0bytes free. From the Windows 10 settings > system > storage > C drive I can see that all the space is from temp files being made.

If I turn off my PC the temp files don't go away unless I hold the power button and force the shut down. Windows shutdown from the start doesn't shut down the PC. I've tried disk cleanup, using the option to clear temp files in the windows 10 settings and ccleaner to clean it. But nothing can get rid of these temp files except a hard shutdown.

The only change in this install from my previous was avast instead of avira(will probably go back as I forgot how annoying avast is), and chrome instead of firefox(forgot what a resource hog chrome is).

I never had this issue of losing all my hard drive to temp files before.
