Hello, i had a packard bell laptop which i sold to a young guy. The headphones were working fine and i never had any issues woth them, but when he got the laptop he said that the headphones worked at first , but after a day they stopped working, i took the laptop back to check it out - i checked with some headphones and the sound is so faint that i can barelly hear the sound when max volume with the audio tests. It sounds like 0.3/100 volume, its insanely hard to hear, i tried reinstalling the audio drivers - issue persists. I never had such an issue, might this be the audio jack? Microphone works. Any ideas?
