Hi guys got a bit of a problem with my pc. It seems that sometimes when I launch a game i can get perfect fps (60+) depending on the game, for example on league i usually get 200fps on ultra grpahics consistently but sometimes it'll just hover around 60fps and dip below it during the game. This problem goes away if i restart my pc but I'd rather not be doing that all the time. Currently using windows 10 latest update, just updated to new gtx 388.59 drivers. PC specs: ryzen 5 1600 GTX 1060 6GB 16gb ram. Tried doing a clean install of the graphics drivers yesterday but that didn't help, not sure what my next step to take is.
