I want to block some websites so I can focus more on work and feel better (these include things like porn sites, youtube etc.) I also have ADHD so I don't need advice on just having restraint etc.
My partner who is a software engineer says I shouldn't use apps to block sites because it gives the application/company access to all my internet data. I don't want that for obvious reasons. Are there any other solutions?
